"The World Is Turning On" (original Utrecht mix)

“Million Seller”: I think it was that ‘Trouser Press’ book which suggested that “much of the guitar power”, or something, had been added as an afterthought to mostly-acoustic tracks by hired-hand NYC guitar-slinger Kevin Salem. Now, Kevin – can’t remember, but a good bloke, I’m sure – is definitely on half a dozen tracks, but the Trouser suggestion definitely wildly over-eggs his involvement. Kevin’s pretty much totally inaudible on everything except “The World Is Turning On”, and even then it’s his strumming acoustic in the breakdown that’s his big contribution.
